Is Estrada right for a small business?
We work with small and medium-sized businesses that want ongoing support, clearer responsibilities and a more organised approach to IT. We start with your users, systems and priorities.
Does every plan include the same services?
No. We agree the scope, support hours and service levels for your business. Onsite cover, extended hours, licences, security products and backup are identified separately in your proposal.
Can you take over from our current IT provider?
We can coordinate a planned handover, document your environment and agree who is responsible for each part of the transition.
