At the heart of our support is EMS, or Estrada Managed Services, this is a management and monitoring system that we have developed to provide us with information relating to any potential problems on your network.

EMS alerts us to any issues which could affect your IT Infrastructure. That means anything from Email, Server or Workstations, Network & Internet Connectivity, to Software and Website issues are reported on – the moment we are alerted we will see what the problem is and either solve it for you or, report it and warn you what steps need to be taken to resolve it.

Estrada’s EMS support contract gives you complete peace of mind. You will receive daily, weekly and monthly reports of the performance of your network and all hardware which will highlight any potential problems, or you can choose to receive no reports – we’ll simply let you know what is going on.

You pay a fixed monthly cost based on how many workstations you have and how much support you would like included. In order to do this we will need to ascertain what your current and future requirements are - we then will analyse your historic support requirements and suggest possible areas for improvement. Then, we put together a quote for you based on your needs now, as well as any recommendations that we can make. The end result will form the basis of your contract and your SLA’s will be based on this. Contracts are tailored to suit your budget and support needs – after all, businesses are all different!
